when our users upload videos to the YouTube platform using the YouTube Data API v3, the API returns the following error message: “The request cannot be completed because you have exceeded your quota.” This message indicates that the user has reached the daily upload quota limit for the channel. However, our users can still upload videos normally within the same channel on the YouTube platform despite the quota limit. This phenomenon is very strange to us.
Can the API upload quota limit be lifted? If so, how can we lift this restriction?
