When I tried to install the Ubuntu 24.04 distribution, I encountered error: 0x8007023e.
System environment:
Windows 11 Professional Edition
Attempted to install WSL distribution: Ubuntu 24.04
Expected solution:
I hope to resolve this issue before the summer vacation and successfully install the Ubuntu 24.04 distribution to WSL.

I have successfully installed the Ubuntu 22.04 distribution before.
Later, a lot of system software was installed.
Is there a specific environmental issue in my system that prevents me from installing a new WSL distribution?
