Windows runs out of memory and causes the system to lag, there are no highly occupied processes in Task Manager.

I have 32G of RAM, and I also set my hard disk’s maximum cache to 4888MB (which is what the system recommends).

I’ve seen some posts suggesting that high occupancy is fine, but when I open a game, the lack of memory causes the system to lag (I’m also using OS X with a smooth system despite the high memory footprint)
