I am getting the 101 Initialization Failed problem on my system running Windows Server 2022. This is an upgrade from 2019. After the upgrade I am getting the 101 error (before was not). Unclear why it is happening. Nothing on the system has changed.
I can actually launch Windows if I first open bios go to the disk selection view and select my startup disk after that Windows launches fine. I have two other versions of Windows installed on my system and I can launch them fine so I don’t think it is a hardware issue.
Could someone please explain to me how I can evaluate this issue? All the suggestions I’ve found do not solve the problem.
