I Using Win7 And A Issue Persists for me: I see a black screen and waiting cursor ( after 1 hour of downloading construct 2 ) and after 1 minutes, desktop shows and pointer is also waiting.
When I was to shutdown or restart ( on start and with reset key on case ) the start disappears. And it show Try To Kill Apps to restart and after killing explorer, it back to desktop but with only a background and cursor. I Shutdown PC With power tee power off button and PC is now off.
