Windows 11 Home OS build 22631.3880
Recently my system windows such as Task Manager and even iis Manager and all settings secondary windows will not release focus. This means of course I cannot select anything else but the open window nor, of course, can I open more than one systems window.

BTW: The hover behaviour is working in that other selectable items visible on the screen react by highlighting but clicking has no effect.

There must be a global setting to change this behaviour but I can find no mention of it.

Any suggestions would be helpful before I lose my mind. 🙂
