My moms laptop is kind of old but runs windows 10. Today when she logged in it was taking longer than usual until she was faced with this whitescreen:
windows whitescreen image
As you can probably see the screen is not completely white. There is a Heading with the Word “Dienste” (“Services” in english) and two buttons. The right button is to toggle the volume and the left one starts the “voice-over-assistant”
Sadly that was it. I tried Ctrl + Alt + Remove. I get the option to Log Out, Switch User or to lock the screen but no task manager or cmd… When I log out and in again I just get the same screen again. There is no option to turn off the device. I tried force restarting but that didnt help either.
Does anyone know what I could try next?
I appreciate any kind of help so thank you in advance!
Best regards Mira
