i want to ask, so i frequently playing valorant and everything is okay, my windows didn’t crash or whatsoever. But last night, after i play valorant, my windows suddenly starts automatic repair and this error occurs “log file c /windows/system32/logfiles/srt/srttrail.txt”. As note, i opened chrome for a while when i played valorant, is that could be the reason why my windows crashed (i’ve never opened any tab except valorant before and everything went fine)? Thanks, please answer me or maybe any of you have experienced the same thing like me, please let me know!

I’ve tried the tutorial on YouTube, but it doesn’t work so i send my laptop to the center to be repaired maybe they Will reinstall the windows. But i want to know the reason behind the crash, cause it have ever happened once, and this one is the Twice this accident happened :((
