Whenever I run any simple Python script “after using Terminal:Clear” this weird space gets shown as per this image. Any subsequent run after that is normal. Can someone tell me how to remove it?

I have tried to reproduce issue in Powershell as per a recommendation from the vscode team but it works normally there.

BTW, the only extensions I have are Pylance, Python and Python Debugger.
