I have been trying for many months to acquire a google play developer console account and when I get to the stage to make payments, everything seems to go wrong. I mean my card is not accepted. I tried many cards both virtual cards ad the like. According to online resources, I need to use a domiciliary card. This is very difficult to get in my country. If google accepts my card on play store for premium purchases, why can it not use the same processor here ?

Also, can I use my a relative’s card ? we share same surname. I want to do the verification with my name. I have posted on google support community it was not helpful. they suggested I enabled international payments on my local card but my bank said it is not possible that I need a domiciliary account. Why can’t google make things easy ?
