I have a file encoded as UTF-8, the problem line is

39b3efee-e5c8-428e-94f3-74740220c618 = หลวงประดิษฐไพเราะ (ศร ศิลปบรรเลง)

On Windows displays find in Notepad application,

But when I load it into a Java application within JTextArea the line containing arablic doesnt display okay

Other scripts such as Chinese are fine, whya cant it display the Arablic characters?

How do i resolve this ?
