I have a non-parametric dataset with two categorical independent variables (treatment:control, uvb block, vaseline & environment: outside, warm temperate, and tropical), and one continuous dependent variable (temperature). What stats test would be most suitable for this, ideally with post hoc comparisons?

Have tried ARTanova and SRH, ARTanova isnt suitable i dont think, and SRH isnt powerful enough.
