I use Android Studio 2023. It warned me that there is a new version available:

 Android Studio Ladybug | 2024.2.3 Nightly 2024-07-30 available

Yet, after pressing the update button, instead of an update a browser window opened in

 https://developer.android.com/studio?utm_source=android-studio

where it points me to download Android Koala (No ladybug)

  Android Koala android-studio-2024.1.1.12

So I updated to this one. Yet, I went to the preview page

 https://developer.android.com/studio/preview

where it says that the latest preview Beta build) is

  Android Koala android-studio-2024.1.2.10

I then went to the archive

  https://developer.android.com/studio/archive

where it says that the very very latest thing is

  Android Studio Ladybug | 2024.1.3 Canary 3 July 25, 2024

So not a trace on this Android Studio Ladybug 2024.2.3 that I could find.

So should I ignore the update warnings of Android Studio itself??
