What are the best practices that I should follow to deploy/host a WebRTC WebApp that makes use of next14 and socket.io. I think Vercel and socket.io don’t go well together so I wish to know of other platforms that offers free hosting and is suitable for such an application. P.S I’m new to web programming so I’m not sure if there are alternatives to socket.io

I’m still in the planning stage and haven’t started building; I don’t know if I should host frontend and backend separately or have both in one nextJs application.
