I have tried all the ways but I am not able to stopping it to going into restart loops.

I have Tried installing Fresh OS which I had since last years, Tried to resetting the fix, As per the officially suggested solution by CrowdStrike I tried to delete 00000291*.sys file, but unfortunately my system doesn’t have CrowdStrike Folder at all. I have tried directly navigating using file Explorer, using CMD, also booting into safe mode but I couldn’t find the folder to delete that file and fix the issue.

Is there anyone who is facing same issue or someone have any solution to this?
