In our case, the app was created using Struts framework but missed the opportunity to migrate to Spring to take advantage of improving the framework being used. We are looking for possible options to make this effort manageable and feasible.

We are expecting of steps available to make an assessment if it is worth it to move to Spring especially that we have active development on the said project and it will help the team to proceed with implementation rather than going through the wiring of necessary features available in Spring.
