An International medical Company, is about to move its system from their
premises into the cloud. The Company has three branches around Europe Poland, Italy and
Portugal, the headquarter is in Italy. The company aims to provide all its medical services to
customers/patients in Scotland.

The company is asking you to design and configure a secure, reliable, and efficient cloud
based system by utilising AWS Amazon platform, services, and facilities to achieve its goal.

As per this senario, I have to use the free-tier.(can use only one region for the solution) What is the best region for this senario.

I am beginner to AWS and I studied that we have to consider Compliance, Latency, Services avaialbe on that region and cost. we have to consider these four points in order. As per my search scotland is no longer a Europe Union. I need some help and some advices on this.
