Hello, does anyone know of a Citizen CyberSec Forum where I can get some good advice? My system seems to be administered and I’ve had experiences with Malicious Actors. My pc, chromebook and android’s storage file system changes daily with additions, deletions and moving of files. Plus other behaviors for months now.

I’m disabled and don’t have enough money for a CyberSec Professional. Do such forums even exist? Someone suggested I ask around… any help would be great, thanks!
