I’m trying to create a B2C admin for my Azure B2C activities. While doing the role assignment , it seems that MSFT has done role assignment condition mandatory.

My question is, what is the best suite for a B2C admin user? And, if I select any one out of these – can this be changed later ( in case I need to change) ?

I have checked this link. However, unable to get a clear straight forward answer for B2C admin user, who will create tenant and manage B2C admin related tasks.
