I can’t use csv files on weka to create a model from the training set in csv format. So, I cannot test it and use it to predict.

I cannot convert the csv into arff from the weka app
Is there any alternate option to convert csv to arff???
Please help!

I tried doing it through the arff viewer but it doesn’t work and says something about “Use converter” blah blah
