Please tell me how to upload React SSR application to hosting? I’ve been looking for a normal article or instruction all day, I can’t find it anywhere

I have hosting and VPS, as I understand it, you need to upload to a VPS. I have 2 folders with the project build: client and server, what should I upload and what should I install on the server before that?

I tried to install Node JS and upload it somewhere in my directories using .htaccess, but it didn’t lead to anything
