I’m need to update an ASUS HealthHub Max tablet to Android version 12 (currently on 11), but the when I try to update using the tablet itself, the system update gets only up to Android 11.
I’ve also tried downloading the ASUS firmware for Android 12 (https://www.asus.com/us/supportonly/healthhub%20max/helpdesk_manual/) but turns out there are no files to do so. Any leads?

Tried updating via the tablets’ system settings, then tried downloading firmware files from ASUS download center.
