I’ve enabled the system proxy in V2RayN and configured the manual proxy settings in Windows. I set http.proxy to null in VS Code settings to use the system proxy. Despite this, VS Code traffic doesn’t go through the V2Ray proxy. When I ping websites like Facebook, I get “Request timed out.” The proxy works correctly in browsers. How can I ensure VS Code and other apps route traffic through V2Ray?

I checked everything and everything run well but I cant get a ping either in vscode or cmd
