I am trying to install macos ventura in a windows host virtual machine with AMD Processor

This is the last think I see before the error

I read and reduce the memory from 12 to 6 but with 32 gb of ram in my system it did nothing. I also checked hyperV to be deactivated , the video memory to be 128 mb , i have enabled the pae/nx but i cant enable the nested VT-x / AMD-V (its greyed out) it 6 cores out of the 24. I really dont know what else to check.
