In the file properties > Details tab of a single downloaded file (jpg), I am unable to click into any of the values.

On the General tab, the Read-only radio button is unchecked.

On the Security tab > Advanced settings, the permissions were inherited from C:. Even though I’m able to edit details of other files with the same permissions, I tried editing permissions to give full control to Authenticated Users and Users. SYSTEM and Administrators already had full control.

I am using Windows 11, fully updated. I am the only user of this computer, and I only log on using the administrator account.
