I am having problems with my SSRS reports after recently downgrading it from Enterprise Edition to Standard Edition. So, when I say “Downgrading”, I did not do the uninstall – reinstall. It was just the key I put in for the standard edition. So ever since then, I am having problems like connectivity & what not. When I was searching for a solution for all the problems, I came across an article in Microsoft website to un-install and re-install.
But unfortunately, I just cannot do that because I have a lot of data & reports which I have developed & worried that I might loose data. So can someone please let me know the proper step by step approach to proceed with the backup/uninstall/reinstall. I would be happy even if I get a link to a site which will explain things clearly.
