I am trying to connect/sync two servers (Orthanc Servers) running on two different networks (specifically one is accessing internet from my wifi and the other through my mobile hotspot). I am using the Orthanc peers configuration in doing so and works/syncs pretty smooth when both connected through the same network source (say wifi), but it is not syncing while both are on different networks. I have also tried checking the “ping” in the cmd but it is showing error “Request timed out” and for the “tracert” method too it is showing the same error after 3 hops which means these are facing troubles in establishing the connection.
I hope anyone can help me in resolving the above issue. Thanks in advance

1. I’ve tried using static ip’s on both sides if any dynamic problem is creating the problem.
2. I’ve disabled the firewall on both the machines.
