I have been following the instructions on how to use VS code to run a Jupyter notebook on a remote server but my installation doesn’t seem to match the instructions (https://code.visualstudio.com/docs/datascience/notebooks-web)

I don’t see a “Jupyter Server” button on my status bar after installing the extension, so I am not sure how to paste in a url from a remote server. And I have been trying to use the commands but no luck getting it working. Any tips?

I have tried rolling back the version of the extension and reinstalling VS code but no luck.

I am expecting the ability to input a remote url but I cannot. The tutorial shows a button on the status bar but I don’t see it so I am not sure how to input a remote url.
