I currently have a Kali Linux and a Windows 11 system installed. Under Linux, the time works perfectly fine, but under Windows it stalls, showing on average 2 hours less.

If I change the time zone to the wrong one and back to the normal one, it works fine, but then it slips again, even though it seems to be in the right time zone. What could be the problem? Thanks in advance for your reply!
