I’m looking for support for consistent automated messaging between sellers and creators in TikTok Shop APIs, i.e. automating what is described here.

I see webhook support for receiving and sending new messages from buyers, but I’m unsure if the support for creators is implicit.

I also see support for creating target collaborations and targeting creators this way, but that isn’t exactly the same thing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
