I have a spring boot application, in every one hour interval my threads are not closing causing other threads to stay in queue and my other apis are not responding

We have taken tread dump, but we am not abled to understand it. Can someone help us analyse it and provide solution to the problem. Please help, it is very urgent.

Note: Our application is Dockerised and we are using nginx as proxy
