windows10系统中某些system用户启动的进程无法结束，并提示

已经使用 psExec以system权限启动process explorer，依旧无法结束该进程

1、为什么这些进程无法通过正常手段结束
2、这些进程做了什么？会有这种让系统管理员无法结束他的能力？
3、他们是给微软付了钱吗，让微软对他们特殊对待吗？
