YouTube API v3: setting contentDetails.contentRating.ytRating field not reflecting in YouTube UI

I’m creating videos using the Videos insert API, and the contentDetails.contentRating.ytRating field does not seem to be setting the property correctly.

Youtube API and Oauth client seem to not working properly

The Oauth client seem be the same for both projects but they act differently when calling the API.

What scope do I need to schedule video in Youtube via their API?
