I click to Next button on Grand Access to Your Source Code step of setup screen

We’ve been using Xcode Cloud for a year without any issues. Recently, our IT team switched authentication from LDAP to Azure SAML SSO. Since then, we’ve been getting the following error whenever Xcode Cloud launches a build:

I know that I can control the initial build number manually from appstoreconnect. and this number will be incremented by a scale of 1 every time a new build job is triggered.
