pod install Xcode Error Failed to save xxx.xcodeproj

Xcode PhaseScriptExecution [CP] Check Pods Manifest.lock unable to spawn process ‘/bin/sh’ (Argument list too long)

I have two demo projects use the same Podfile, one is works good, the other is not works.
