Oracle Forms and Reports 12c: Enterprise Manager (EM) Stuck on Loading Screen
I have installed Oracle Forms and Reports 12c along with Java JDK 1.8.0_202 on my Windows 11 64-bit system. I’ve successfully configured the repository with the prefix DEV1 and set up WebLogic.
