Cure a Run-time ‘6’: Overflow error when importing text file into a Excel 2019 worksheet using VBA

In the current workbook this code imports a selected text file in to an existing named worksheet “Import” using a File Dialog Object.

Excel2019 VBA Select 3 rows based on criteria then remove entires rows, find next, repeat down to last row. one code line causes Run-time error ‘1004’
