I cannot find either the setting blocking the mouse scroll-wheel, or the setting making the “new look” whisker-thin scroll bars normal again. Any hints?
I have to find the narrow scroll bar to use the mouse buttons, or use page up/ down if enabled; thus the tie-in for two issues in 24.04 LTS.
