Getting error while trying to add CAN_MONITOR permission for SQL warehouse usage terraform

I am new for both databricks and terraform and recently started looking at databricks and also at terraform to write a script for backup. As many tools they have their own way of backup methods/options – need to know is there any existing way in databricks to export/backup all components?

I have existing Metastore in Azure Databricks account and there are couple of workspaces that has already access to it.
