I am concerned that there is no constructive policy any more in Stack Overflow, that any question or reply can be anonymously downvoted and there is no feedback from the ‘supposed’ expert.
Forgive me for thinking this is a knowledge sharing site and not a point scoring site.
I keep asking for somebody responsible to comment but so far I just get warned for asking questions about the site management and ethos.
This is open to comment that users can get bullied for points instead of the site intention which is to constructively discuss issues.
Is there anyone responsible at StackOverflow to comment on these issues ?
