How do LEO tracking antennas find their first constellation and start tracking satellites, before they are connected to the internet?
I am currently working on a problem for an LEO satellite tracking antenna user terminal, and we might need to set it up in a remote area, without any radio tower signal or other internet access. How could we get first contact with a satellite constellation in order to receive its TLE and other data, in order to start tracking? Would it be feasible to store some TLE data on the antenna control unit, or will that be far too inaccurate to find anything in the sky?
