Seeking UWB Sensor for High-Frequency, High-Accuracy Outdoor Tracking of Moving Objects
I’m working on a project that requires precise real-time location tracking using Ultra-Wideband (UWB) technology. I chose UWB due to its pricing and accuracy compared to other sensors and due to project restrictions. The specific use case involves determining the exact distance between a moving horse and a stationary object. The UWB sensor needs to be attached to the horse’s leg. Hence, GPS or lidar sensors (which need a clear line of sight) would not be suitable. The receiver/anchor will be placed next to the stationary object.
