i am trying to use tensorflow object detection api to create my own model so i created a virtudal enviorement ,installed tensorflow 2.16.1 and i am using python 3.12.3 i installed slim as well and want executed the proto files using protoc and wen i run the command python model_builder_tf2_test.py to verify the setup and configuration of the TensorFlow Object Detection API with TensorFlow it always generate the error
