I am trying to select the HITT element shown below.

I am using Selenium on python with Chrome and Firefox. I want selenium to wait until a specific request is sent to a site which can be located in the network tab in devtools. e.g. a request with the name of “index-24c3e2ca18.js” and a request URL of “https://www.wikipedia.org/portal/wikipedia.org/assets/js/index-24c3e2ca18.js”

According to ‘/questions/75262651/can-selenium-be-used-for-free-in-corporations-for-commercial-projects’, user ‘browsermator’ says “Different drivers may have different licenses but they are similar”. He also explains with Microsoft Edge you can ‘use but not distribute’ and Firefox might be licensed under ‘CDDL’ too.

I’m facing below error when trying to switch windows in python selenium webdriver.

I have this program which logs into microsoft admin then creates new user profiles and i have a for loop that does it but it always only runs twice before stopping. Could this be microsoft limmiting sessions or something else?
