Estimating ngram probabilities

Im trying to write a function called estimate_ngram_probabilities to estimate the conditional probabilities of N-grams, utilizing the ConditionalFreqDist and ConditionalProbDist classes along with a probability distribution such as MLEProbDist from the nltk.probability module.
