How to install python-dev-tools for Python 3.12.4?

I have a clean, activated Python 3.12.4 virtual environment. In that environment I run:

I installed the librosa library but “Import “librosa” could not be resolved” still pop up… How can i solve it when i am using mac…?

The errors I got were:

“Command not found” after installing pip package oemer on macos
