I’m trying to create a DAX measure in Power BI that will calculate the value for the previous year based on each year present in my table. I want to create a list that shows the value for each year and its corresponding value from the previous year.

I hope you are doing well. I’ve been facing an issue with Power BI for the past two weeks, and despite my efforts, I haven’t been able to resolve it or create the necessary measure.
We have historical data for several funds spanning multiple years, and we need to calculate the yield. I’ve provided the calculation method in the example below. If you could assist me in writing this Excel measure, it would be greatly appreciated.
