Trouble communicating with a PIC18F4553 based “controller”
I bought a intercom panel from a flight sim and while I originally intended to gut it and use a different board to take the inputs I was curious If I could use it as is but am unsure ow. Ive connected it to windows and it reports as a HID Input Device and in windows device settings It shows the proper name (ICS/VOX Panel CoPilot) however its listed under “Other” instead of “Inputs”. It uses a PIC18F4553 IC and connects Via USB-B. It also has some LEDs that are controllable but im not too worried about that ATM. Any Ideas on how I could Get this working as a regular input or if there are programs that can take read the HID and translate the inputs into actual inputs?
