I tried to access this http://127.0.0.1:8000/horizon after installing PHP Artist Horizon successfully, however I kept getting the error 403 Forbidden. Does the Horizon dashboard not appear? The default settings for horizon.php and horizonServiceProvider.php are used.
I anticipate seeing the Horizon Dashboard shown.
