Problem invoking OpenVMS Language-Sensitive Editor
I am attempting to invoke the OpenVMS Language-Sensitive Editor in order to create a Fortran program. DECset for OpenVMS Guide to Language-Sensitive Editor states the command is:

then I invoke the Fortran compiler. The error messages are displayed on the terminal.
Using keypad in guest virtual machine OpenVMS EDIT/EDT KEYPAD on a Linux host?
I am running Virtual Box on a Kubuntu system with the guest OS OpenVMS V9.2.2. A physical VT100 has keys on the keypad that differ from those on a common PC keyboard. The help on VMS from the editor for using the keypad mode does not identify useful info when using a PC keyboard.
